Jungle Jims

PapaBoK and I decided to eat at Jungle Jims for our tuesday lunch, since we always go to the same place.. at the Colony. And even though grammie didn’t have line dancing on tuesday due to the bad weather (we were affected by Hurricane Wilma) .. she still offered to come babysit for us..so we can “paktoh”. Where to find right..?? this kinda MIL..!! ya.. i am very lucky..!! sorry hor.. not boasting.. just trying to appreciate my MIL that’s all.
Anyhow.. we had a short visit with Grampie.. while picking up my MIL .. and Aunt Helena was there too.. and our brat played with the cats for a while. .and then we had to leave for home.
And since it was raining and all.. and the store wasn’t too busy.. we decided to try the new place .. Jungle Jims .. and we just made it for their lunch specials.
Papa BoK had lasagne .. and i had the onion soup with ceasar salad . .and garlic baguette. I asked for an extra one . .because i was greedy.. hahah!! and the waitress was very nice.. and obliged.
The food was good.. but i would have like more meat in the lasagne.. but Papa BoK said it was just nice for him.. because there was a lot of cheesy.
My ceasar salad was great.. loads of grated cheese.. and the onion soup was good too.. but a wee bit saltish for my taste.
Overall, it was a good experience.. although the chairs are not so comfy.. and they donch even have newspaper or any magazine to read. I guess .. they donch want their customers.. to sit long, long eh..??
Yes.. we will go back.. food is not bad. .and the atmosphere is there.. 🙂 for “paktohing” .. kekekeke!!

Daily Updates – 25th Oct 2005

  • The brat slept at 12.05am last nite, with not much fuss.
  • Woke up at 8.50am with daddy and had some milky.
  • Had breakfast of cereal and yogurt with daddy while mummy sleep till 11am.
  • Played with daddy till mummy woke up and then had a light snack.
  • Went to pick grammie up for babysitting and visited grampie as well. Sat on grampie’s legs to play with kitty.
  • Slept in the car for abit while going to pick grammie up.
  • Had lunch with grammie.
  • Took another nap at about 3.30pm for grammie.
  • Grammie woke her up at 5pm.. and had dinner with her. She wasn’t happy when Grammie left, fussed for a good 5minutes.
  • Had some chips and juicy.
  • Daddy came home early to bath her.. and gave her some milky, so that mummy can finish her dinner peacefully.
  • Watch tv with mummy while daddy go back to the store to close up.. and get KFC for dinner.
  • Had some of daddy’s french fries .. and watched House of the Wax.
  • Slept around 12.30am but didn’t wanna go into her crib.. for reasons unknown.

    Not too bad a movie.. 🙂 Even my brat was intrigue by it.. and watched about 95% of the movie.. and she was intense about it too.. hahah!

    Daily Updates – 24 Oct 2005

  • The brat slept at 12.15am last nite, with not much fuss.
  • Woke up at 1.50am and had some milky and went straight back to bed with no fuss.
  • Woke up at 8.52am and had some more milky… and didn’t wanna sleep no more.
  • Had breakfast of cereal and yogurt and then watched cartoon on tv with mummy.
  • Played with daddy while mummy go back to bed.
  • Had lunch with daddy and then came by the store and played with sarah until napping time.
  • Napped at 4pm and was so tired.. that she didn’t budge when daddy changed her peepee.
  • Babysitter will be in this evening to babysit her.
  • Slept till 6pm.. and had dinner with babysitter.
  • Seems pretty happy when we got home at 8pm.
  • Was having a snack and had some water.
  • When babysitter left, we fed her cereal, and bath her.. but was fussy tonite for she didn’t want her hair washed. Daddy had to come in and help.
  • Asked for her milky right after her cereal.
  • Had some more water just before sleeping.. and a change of peepee and slept at 12.05am. But only got put in her crib at 12.45am.

    We saw these in the mall today.. when we went shopping this evening.. and i just had to take a picture of them for you ..GA..!!
    Like i said.. you have to give santa/s your addy.. if you want some.. hehehe!! *hint, hint*

    Letter at 22 months

    Dearest Chloe,
    You are actually a few days over your 22 months birthday.. and mummy had been so busy.. with everything else.. that i had to delay writing this letter to you. I am sorry .. precious..!
    At 22 months, you are so cute.. and so funny at times…. and your pixie face never fails to make mummy so happy.. you have the cutest face..and the sweetest and cheekiest smile that mummy has ever seen.
    You still wouldn’t drink from the seepy cup.. although you tricked daddy into buying you another seepy cup. You still love baby food.. but love fried udon with a passion.
    You love your snack of chips and cookies.. but refuses anything else.
    But you’ve certainly grown much taller.. and we had to buy you new shoes.. ! in fact you are outgrowing Sarah.. and she cannot give you any more hands-me-down. Now that’s a bummer..hahha!!

    Daily Updates – 23rd Oct 2005

  • The brat slept at 12.15am last nite, with not much fuss but wanted mummy to rub her back when shew as eating.
  • Woke up at 9.20am and had some milky and had her peepee changed with daddy.
  • Had breakfast, cereal and yogurt followed by water with daddy.
  • Played with daddy for a few hours.. while mummy slept till 11am.
  • Katelynn came to babysit as mummy and daddy had to work.
  • Came by the store after the store is opened. Didn’t wanna let mummy and daddy go to work this morning.
  • Played in the store for abit with Katelynn and went home for lunch.
  • Harrassed the babysitter for abit more .. and then daddy went home at 4pm to pick the brat up to drive her around for a nap.
  • Woke up at 5.30pm and played with babysitter till mummy & daddy came home.
  • Had dinner and some water and played with mummy for abit.
  • Asked for some chips and had more water.
  • Had her bath with daddy and milky and jumped outta the bath-tub as soon as she heard the vacuum cleaning going in the study room.
  • Played with daddy while mummy showered.. and then had cereal and daddy showered.
  • Fussed a little before sleeping and slept at 12.15am.
