When i first had my lil’ brat, you cannot imagined how overwhelming it was for me. Being a first time mother.. and at 39 .. it certainly was nerve racking, plus being in a foreign country didn’t make it any better. There were far too many questions that i needed to ask and wanted like-minded couples/mummies to share with me, unfortunately being in a country that I don’t really have lots of friends made it even harder than it was already for me.

Because my spouse is also a first time dad, it is really hard to expect him to know alot too.

Hearing the reassurance of another parent who had gone thru’ what you are going thru’ just makes it all seems not so bad.. and hopeful. You can also submit your own experiences and share what you already know to comfort another parent/s. It is a community all new parents and any parents can appreciate.
