This was taken on Christmas eve, before we even got our presents under the tree. This is what you see from customers/friends of the store. All belonging to the brat.. and not inclusive of her grandparents.. Aunt Helena’s.. nor her Godma’s .. or ours. So you can somewhat imagine.. how much gifts she had gotten this Christmas.. 🙂

And count our blessings.. that she is healthy.. and overall a good kid. A very wise advice .. from a mummy of a 4 yr old.. who refuses to sleep the whole nite.
Yes..! we did pretty good this year… I’ll have to say.. with the Christmas presents .. and delivering it on time. We bought for everyone that we wanted to buy for.. and they were gifts that were thoughtful.. and not just bought randomly. Plus the best part had to be delivering them on Christmas eve.. and Chloe gotta visit everyone briefly… which was nice.. albeit very late at nite. But I know she had fun.. so that’s all that matters.
These were some of the finger food that we had served during Chloe’s birthday. Alot was left.. because not many showed up for the party.. because of the bad weather. We had a blizzard that day..! so it’s understandable.. why ppl didn’t show up. Which prompted us to do chloe’s birthday way earlier next year. By the way, everyone loved the finger food.. unfortunately, i didn’t enjoyed it that much.. because of my ulcer on my tongue. What a bummer eh..?? but no worries.. i got some more left in my freezer.
I know we are all busy .. and stuff.. but this Christmas.. i cannot help but think of Lisa from Siao Cha Bor. Did everyone forget about her already..?? I know it has been a long time.. but how is she..?? there had been no updates.. even though i check regularly on this blog. Does anyone know anything..?? I hope no one would forget me.. this fast.. if something like this had happened to me. Can we all say a little prayer for Lisa.. and her daughter..?? If she is not fully recovered yet.. can we do another massive prayer on New Year’s Eve..??
Snow boots from Grammie and Grampie .. for her birthday. Although Grammie and Grampie didn’t come for her birthday.. because of the nasty weather, they brought the gift to town.. a day before.. in anticipation for the bad store. Which prompts us to do her birthday way early.. before the later part of the month.. because it’s always busy during December.
He has a very special place in my Chloe’s heart. Chloe even can recognize John and asked for her very special friend.. when she sees John without him. They are only a week apart in birthday.. and we certainly have come a long way .. with this sweet lil’ handsome and clever boy. His name is Dominic. We try and take a picture of both of the kids.. every year.. and i think the only year I missed out was when they were 2 years old. I’ll try and find some. Having worked in the hotel industry in Asia for about 15 yrs, I’ve often wondered why our guests in the hotel would asked to buy the bathrobes that we had in each room.
