Sippy Cup

My little brat didn’t wanna drink from her sippy cup for the longest time.. but yesterday.. on Thanksgiving Monday.. when we were out shopping at a drug store.. she picked up a sippy cup.. and made the motion of drinking from the cup. So daddy bought the cup for her immediately.. because he felt maybe.. the brat was ready to drink from a sippy cup.
Today.. our brat drank like a pro . .with the sippy cup..! woo hoo..!!!
She’s a big gal now..!! *singing*

Daily Updates – 10th Oct 2005

  • The brat slept at 11.45pm last nite.
  • Woke up at 9am had some milky with daddy and went back to sleep till 10.320am.
  • Had a late breakfast.. and played on her own.
  • Had bananas for snack and in a bowl.
  • Went shopping with daddy.. and headed for the store.
  • Came home for lunch.. and had some milky after and daddy had to drive her around for a nap at 3.45pm.
  • Katelynn the babysitter is in Halifax and couldn’t come to babysit of course.. and the back up babysitter called to say they are attending a birthday party after we had already talked and confirmed that she was coming at 6pm this evening. Just our luck eh..??
  • Woke up from a nap .. at 6.58pm.
  • Had a late dinner .. and played with mummy for abit.
  • Took a bath when daddy came home and had milky. She had some honey-combs later.. so no cereal tonite.
  • Had a hard time going to sleep tonite and went to bed only at 12.15am.

    Daddy have all the pictures taken of the brat on his screensaver..! tonite.. when Grampie’s picture came up.. our brat just stood in front of the PC . .and screamed.. “Grampie, Grampee”!
    I found it so cute.. and realised that she actually knows.. what “grampie” means… 🙂
    So clever..!!

    “Some”

    I was eating my wanton noodles this evening after daddy got home.. and my brat kept playing in the room.. and wanting my attention.. and then she kept looking at my noodles.. and said..”some, some” … 🙂 At first.. i didn’t know what she was saying.. as per usual.. mummy quite dummie dummie.. ! and then i realised that she wanted some of my noodles. But bummer.. because they were very spicy.. i didn’t dare give her some to try.. therefore.. i carefully pick out a piece of chicken for her.. and she ate it.. 😉
    My conclusion is this.. if anything with chopsticks.. she is fascinated.. and wanna try.. so mummy prolly gotta feed her with chopsticks .. the next time. 🙂

    Daily Updates – 9 Oct 2005

  • The brat slept at 12.30am last nite.
  • Woke up at 5.45am and had some milky and a change of diapers, daddy woke up with her.
  • Went back to sleep at 6.20am and woke up at 8.20am.
  • Had some water and went back to bed, daddy got up with her again this time.
  • Finally woke up at 9.37am and didn’t wanna sleep no more.
  • Gave her some fruit loops but she didn’t want any and i gave her some milk.
  • Had cereal and yogurt for breakfast and was fussy .. and didn’t let mummy eat at all.
  • She played abit on her own.. after her daddy got up at 12.40pm.
  • Had a snack and lunch after with daddy.. and headed to grammie’s.
  • Slept in the car from 4.30pm to 5.15pm and it was pouring when we got to grammie’s place.
  • Had dinner at Grammie’s and puked for she didn’t like the potatoes and turkey that grammie blended for her. What a bummer..!
  • Played with grammie and aunt helena.. and came home at about 9pm.
  • Had her cereal, daddy bathed her and then had some milky.
  • Puked big time at about 10.40pm. No fever .. but had to change her.. and clean up big time.
  • Had some water.. and fell asleep in the living room at 11.45pm.

    Daily Updates – Oct 2005

  • The brat slept at 11.30pm last nite.
  • Woke up at 1am and had some milky, went on the floor and went back to bed at 1.30am.
  • Got up at 8am for some milky and didn’t really go back to sleep 9am.
  • Got up at 10am and had some water and a timbit.
  • Had breakfast of cereal and yogurt.
  • And went by the store with daddy.
  • Had lunch with daddy at about 2pm and headed out for grocery shopping.
  • Gave her some milky at the mall and drove her around for a nap at 3.20pm.
  • Woke up at 5.45pm and came and lay on mummy’s bed for awhile and got fussy.
  • Had some chips for a snack and some honey combs while playing masak-masak.
  • Had dinner with no problems and had to give her chocolate so that mummy can have dinner too.
  • Played on mummy’s bed while mummy fold the laundry.
  • Bathed her when daddy got home.. and had some milky.
  • And daddy fed her cereal when he was done having his sandwich.
  • Fussy as usual.. and didn’t wanna sleep.. and only slept at 12.30am.

    Inventory Brat

    We were at the store this morning and our little brat saw our worker doing inventory work and when the worker left her notepad and pen on a box while serving a customer, our brat went to pick up the notepad and pen.. and started doodling on it. Upon seeing it, our worker snatched the notepad from our brat.. and sent her crying of course..! But mummy quickly found another notepad for the brat to play with.. and she is all alright.
    Some ppl are sheer plain insensitive..! *shake my head*
