Gyoza

See what i found last nite at the supermarket..??!!?? Yes.. Gyoza.. dumplings..!!! yippeee..!! but only one freaking box..!!! i went back today to check if i could find some more.. but nope.. none to be seen.. !! Arrrrghhhhhhhhh..!!! You know how it is .. when you can’t really get authentic chinese food.. and you find some.. right..?? Yup.. i am currently.. using my fists and banging them on my chest.. like godzilla..!!
The taste was alright..! and if they were make with Pork it would have been better for sure, the onese i got were in chicken.. and not that it was bad at all. I was also pretty oily to fry.. even though i used like a few drop of oil only..!
.Oh well.. i’m gonna write to the manager of the supermarket.. and see if he can get some more.. hahah!!

Daily Updates – 9th Dec 2005

  • The brat slept at 1am last nite.
  • Got up at 5.22am and had her milky and a changed of pee pee and went back to bed at 6.07am.
  • Got up again at 10.30am and daddy tried to give her cheerios but she refuses to eat them.
  • So she had cereal late.
  • Played with daddy for abit .. and headed to the store as soon as mummy finished cooking.
  • Had lunch at the store but didn’t finish her rice and tofu.
  • Had loads of water.
  • Napped for less than an hour and woke up cranky.
  • Babysitter was in for the nite and fed her dinner of rice, eggs, tofu, minced chicken and corn.
  • Ate some steam eggs for the first time, and silly mummy never made it this way for the brat.
  • Had cereal when mummy got home and was quickly bathed by daddy because of the snowstorm and all.
  • Had some milky and then fussed alot and went to bed at 12.45am.

    Steam Eggs

    Thanks to Twinsmom’s blog on Steam Eggs , the other day, my brat finally got to eat eggs.
    As you all know .. she is very fussy about her food.. and after reading the steam egg article from Twinsmom.. i decided to also steam some for my brat. But of course.. mine donch have prawn stock lah..!! just water.. 🙁 coz’ over here in ang moh places.. they donch have the head with the prawns… got skin lah.. but the head is the most important part no..??
    Anyhow.. my brat got to eat the eggs.. and she loved it..!! the texture..and the softness of the eggs also very easy to swallow.. so she didn’t choke or anything..! tomorrow i will do some more eggs for her.. just to try some more.. 🙂

    Bad Storm

    We are having a really bad storm here..with lightning..! We already lost power a few times ..this evening.. but only for a second.
    It is blowing really hard out.. and it damn cold..!!
    Tomorrow will be the fun part.. shovelling of snow..!! Bah..!!

    Daily Updates – 8th Dec 2005

  • The brat slept at 2am last nite since she fought her sleep big time.
  • She stayed in her crib till about 6am though.. and daddy got up with her to give her some millky and she went back to sleep at about 7am.
  • She didn’t get up till 11.33am this morning.. had some milky and a pee pee change.
  • Had abit of cheerios and yogurt for breakfast. Watched abit of Simpsons.
  • Played and fuss over mummy and wouldn’t let mummy eat at all. And daddy was at the living room, playing video games..!!
  • Daddy fed her lunch, had noodles for lunch with fish cakes and changed her .. and we headed for the store late today.
  • Had milky and cookies at the store.. and then went hope for a nap with Papa at 4.15pm.
  • Babysitter is coming in at 5pm.
  • Woke up at 6pm from her nap.. and had noodles for dinner.. but puked for the babysitter.
  • Had abit of cheerios after she puked.
  • Daddy fed her cereal when he got home from work and mummy bathed her.. and she had some milky and wanted more water shortly after.
  • Refuses to sleep till about 1am.

    Ms Pukey

    The brat is fast becoming Ms Pukey..!! she puked again.. for the poor babysitter..!! but this time.. the babysitter cleaned up everything..! so that was really good of her..!! and really brave.. since it made her sick.. hahah!!

    So yes.. bonus.. babysitter becoming better.. on the downside.. the brat is puking more now..!! I just hope she ain’t doing it on purpose..! She can be very naughty at times..!!
