Wind, rain and surf warnings have been issued as hurricane Noel approaches Atlantic Canada. The system is expected to lose strength by the time it reaches Canadian waters but is still expected to hit hard. The post tropical storm will track right over south western Nova Scotia tomorrow. Up to 100 millimetres could fall over western Nova Scotia and most of New Brunswick. Mainland Nova Scotia could see wind gusts of up to 100 kilometres an hour.
Yup..! looks like our plan up to Halifax has to be canceled. A frenzy rush to call the hotel to cancel.. but was given a merry-go-round.. because we had booked online. Finally got thru’ and they wanna charge us for cancellation but after pleading about the storm warning, the online reservation was very nice.. and had called the hotel about it. So it’s all cool now. We are just waiting for the storm to come.. and hopefully go next week. But may not happen .. because Keegan may be going to visit her b/f and next weekend is Remembrance Day.
