I don’t know if it is because of the influence of my grandfather, but the silver dollar and any kind of coin collecting fascinates me. My grandfather was a very old-fashioned man, but he was very careful with his money but one who spares nothing to collect minted coins.
He would used them as gifts to us for Chinese New Year and also during our birthdays. Morgan Silver Dollars are the most collected coin in America, how i wished I could show my grandfather this coin. Not only are they popular, they are really beautiful and affordable. My grandfather used to say that collecting coins is not only a work of art but of a great historical significance. I hope to impart this love to my daughter when she is older.
