Giving In

As you all know .. we have been having a little trouble with chloe wanting to go to school. Even though today was not such a bad morning.. we have been quite worried about it. And like any parent.. we try to her every whim and fancies.. because we didn’t want to stress her anymore than she already is.

But the girl sure knows how to manipulate us.. as I came to realize this evening. She would ask for junk food, from chips to french fries.. and then lollipop or a Simpsons tv show .. even some english saddles for the horse that Santa was gonna bring her this Christmas. Now of course, at that time.. i agreed.. but after this evening… i realized that i shouldn’t be doing this.. because then she knows we are gonna try and bribe her to go to school.

So tonite.. i’ve decided.. that if Chloe cannot cope in school .. after her Christmas break.. i’m gonna pull her out.. and send her to pre-school.. and wait for another year .. before sending her again. Afterall, it is not fair to the poor kid right..?? so if she is not ready.. she is not ready. I’ve already spoken to 2 pre-schools today.. no thanks to PB (for he was put to tasks for more than 2 years for it).. and am ready to move chloe once Christmas is over.

I Have A Secret !

Many of you must know that I met PB online .. over the internet. We spoke for 6 years online before we met.. and the following months just happened.. and i stayed in Canada.. ever since. Well.. i came to visit first.. went home.. he came to Singapore to visit.. and we went back to Canada together. Yes.. but I have a secret..!

Before we even met.. my computer broke down.. and i wanted to get a new notebook computer because i was traveling a lot. And guess what..?? PB was the one who sent me $1K .. to get my notebook. Some 14 yrs ago, $1K was a lot of money.. and to wire $1K to someone whom he haven’t met.. i must say.. he must have had been in love eh..?? muahahahahh!! yes .. he is a good man..! And it’s his birthday today..!!! yes..! and PB is younger than I by 8 yrs.. he is 36 today. Please join me in wishing him Happy birthday will yer.. 🙂 oh.. go to gatorbyte’s website eh.. don’t leave comment here please.. coz’ he never reads my posts.

Birthday Party For Ruby

Chloe was invited for a birthday party on Saturday .. a day before her own.. and we sent Keegan to go with her, it was at Jungle Jims. But I had forgotten to give Kate an extra flash memory and the camera she had with her ran outta space to store new pictures.. so we ended up having only a few. Poor me .. i was really hoping to get loads of pictures to post up. Didn’t even get the picture of the birthday cake. I don’t know if it’s a growing older thing or what, but I sometimes cannot help but think of my university friends that I’ve lost contact with. Each time I travel to the United States I’d always take up the phone book and try looking for them but to no avail. For some I still do have their old phone numbers but I can’t seem to locate them in order to keep in touch. By using a phone number lookup which is nationwide and guarantees you more success than any other online site, you will be able to locate a person even if all you have is a cell phone number. Looking for a long lost friend or relative is no longer such a huge task anymore.

Beauty & The Trendy Mom

At 43 I’m definitely no spring chicken, although my kid is only going to be 5 yrs old in a month’s time. The spouse is 8 yrs younger and to say that I have great confidence about myself and my looks, well lets just say “who are you kidding woman..!!! ” Putting up a brave front in front of customers and friends is quite alright but when I am alone or in front of the mirror after a shower, I cannot really lie to myself right? I was just telling the spouse that I should go for botox (and he called me crazy) this Christmas, since there is an anti aging Dr in our area. The spouse said to make out my Christmas list and he would think about it (but he still thinks I’m crazy).

Beauty is not all about looking beautiful but also about having the confidence to do a job well, driving you to stay healthy thus improving your love life and every other aspect of your life. So if your goal is to improve your way of life and your self-esteem, then you should definitely look into a specialist in this area. I am also very interested in the thread face lift that I’ve heard so much about. It is a non-surgical procedure and is affordable, if anyone can identify with saggy face and skin it has gotta be me. Now I’ll just have to make a trip to either New York City, New Jersey or even Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and Long Island.

Being a mom is not easy.. as you can all see and to lighten up, moms must all wear funny t shirts. Why you ask me..?? pretty simple.. it can get stressful.. when the kid doesn’t wanna listen to you or the spouse kinda dirty the place or even when the babysitter doesn’t show up on time. So with a funny t-shirt.. it can work actually kill 2 birds with one stone, get the message across.. or make things less stressful for you. So i’m all for moms to wear funny t-shirts on bad hair days.
