Blogsome Down

Blogsome was down last nite.. so i couldn’t update anything. I hope my brat would give me a chance to later.
Sorry folks..! i’m well.. and got some rest last nite again.. so all is fine.. just that blogsome is down the second time since i switched over.

Rested

At last .. i got some rest..! I slept for a good 8hrs last nite…! woohoo..!! But poor daddy.. came to bed late.. and had to wake up with the brat.. and didn’t get back to sleep.. because she kept waking up every 15mins till about 10.30am.
But i did get some sleep.. and i didn’t take my diabetic medication before i slept.. because i think the medication may be causing some anxiety in me.. during the nite.. so i’m trying to skip the nite time one.. to see if it would stop the anxiety thing that was happening for the last few nites.

Daily Updates – 17 Sept 2005

  • Chloe slept at 11.15pm last nite, and woke up at 1.11am crying and inconsolable.
  • Took sometime to calm her down and took two of us to calm her down.
  • She was so upset .. that she didn’t even finish her milk.
  • Went back to bed like about 3am and woke up again at 4am.
  • Went back to sleep shortly.. but kept waking up till about 6.15am.
  • Finally woke up at 9.25am and had some milk.
  • Followed by cereal and yogurt for breakfast and gave her a cookie but she didn’t want it.
  • Watching Duke of Hazards with daddy in the living room now.
  • Mummy went back to bed for a couple of hours.
  • Had lunch with daddy and napped for daddy at 3.20pm to 5.20pm.
  • Had a snack and went by the store and grocery shopping.
  • Came home and had a late dinner after helping daddy to put away the groceries.
  • Watched Duke of Hazards with mummy while mummy & daddy eat.
  • Bathed and had some milky while mummy washed the dishes and do the bottles and did garbage and vacuum the floor.
  • Played on her own with ice cream tubs while daddy go do laundry.
  • Had cereal while mummy showered.
  • Played with bandaids for a long time and wasn’t too fussy tonite and went to bed at about 12.20am.

    Daily Updates – 16 Sept 2005

  • Chloe slept at 1.15am last nite, later than usual as expected because of her long nap yesterday afternoon.
  • She only woke up at 8.30am this morning. But a bummer because mummy got up at 6.05am and couldn’t go back to sleep.
  • Fed the brat breakfast and yogurt and daddy took care of her while mummy go back to bed.
  • Daddy fed her lunch and we all went out to the store.
  • Had some chips in the store and chocolate as a treat.
  • Didn’t stay long in the store for she was getting cranky and wanted her nap, so poor Daddy had to drive her home for her nap at 3.45pm and even forgotten the cabinet keys of the store because of the brat crankiness.
  • Woke up at 5pm and right cranky.
  • Went by the store to pick mummy up and came home for dinner and left to run errands for the store.
  • Came home .. bathed and had some milky and cereal.
  • Brat slept at 11.15pm.

    Red Eye

    A very interesting movie .. i must say.. a definitely must watch..! Rachel McAdams is apparently from London, Ontario. Wow..!! i always mistaken her to be Jennifer Gardner.. and i donch know why.
    We finished watching this at 2am in the morning.. for the brat woke up crying and was inconsolable.

    Stocking

    Where once upon a time.. i had to get my stockings from Marks & Spencer because i’ve got elephant’s thigh and pay ALOT for it. I now only need to pay a few bucks for 2 pairs of nicely fitting stocking here.
    Yes.. clothings and accessories are easy to buy for someone like me.. on the heavier side. Over here i do not have to be embarrassed by the sales girls back home.. who look at me.. like i’m a monster.. and nothing will fit me. I used to shop at either Marks & Spencers or Liz Claiborne and another australian brand .. that i cannot remember now. And most of my clothes are ex.. because i cannot get them in petite sizes in Singapore.
    Over here.. i can easily buy any jeans.. and fit into anything. Everyone is huge here. So yes.. one of the perks of living in Canada is.. loads of clothings.. at low-low prices.

    Hurricane Ophelia

    Did you know that DivaMom’s daughter is also call Ophelia..?? Now isn’t that a unique name..??

    TROPICAL STORM WATCH AND HEAVY RAINFALL WARNING IN EFFECT FOR WESTERN NOVA SCOTIA….

    Although Ophelia has been downgraded to a tropical storm off the coast of North Carolina, weather officials in Halifax continue to closely monitor its track. Ted McIldoon of the Canadian Hurricane Centre says the storm will gradually pick up speed as it moves in a north-northeast direction through the day. He says if it remains on its projected path Ophelia should brush just south of Yarmouth Saturday evening. The storm is expected to push past the Cape Breton coast Sunday morning bringing heavy rains and strong wind gusts before heading to southeast Newfoundland Sunday night.

    Hot & Sour Soup

    My spouse decided that we shouldn’t eat burger today and try something healthier.. so we decided to order chinese.
    I haven’t ordered Hot & Sour soup for a long time.. because it was quite disappointing the last few times i had it. So i decided to be brave today .. and give it another chance. I ordered 2 egg rolls for me.. and another 3 for my spouse. for that was what he wanted. Take-out bill came up to $11.85.
    Unfortunately, i was once again disappointed by the soup and the service.. for they again over charge me for the food we ordered.
    I didn’t take any pictures.. but the soup was miserable.. and watery .. and had no substance..! what a bummer..!!
    Luckily i had tom yum noodles.. which is way less expensive.. for dinner and i’m determined never to order at this chinese place again.

    Tom Yum Cup Noodles

    Blessed are customers like GG & GL!!
    Today.. i got a special package delivered of half a dozen of tom-yum cup noodles. Yummy..!!
    I gave 2 to Tank.. for i know that he must miss spicy food too . by now.. since he didn’t go back to Taiwan this summer.
    GG was up in Halifax for business and i had asked his son, N if GG would pick some up for me .. and he DID..!! i didn’t expect him to.. but he was just too nice.
