I made Kai Si Meen with baby bok choi for lunch at 4.30pm. That’s because there is really nothing i wanted to eat from outside. So “jelat” to eat outside food.. to be honest. And if i could cook everyday for myself.. i would.
And nope.. the baby bok choi is not from my FIL’s garden. This time of the year.. it’s not suitable to grow them. The baby bok choi were expensive .. 2 stalks only for a buck..!! ridiciulous..!! but what to do. .wanna eat vegies ma.. 🙁
And the chicken were also store bought the nite before.. a whole roasted chicken for 7.99. We had chicken rice with it.. last nite.. and then PB had a sandwich this afternoon for lunch.. and i had noodles with the roasted chicken again.. and there is at least half a chicken left. Good value for money.
