Found a whole chicken at the supermarket the other day and decided to make some spring chicken with any herbs i can find. So with the help of Su-Lee, who gave me some chinese herbs .. i steamed this chicken.. for 2hrs. It has got “tong-sum” pak kei, kei chi” in it.
I cooked some tau-gay and beancurd to go with my chicken..and i had one of the best meals.. 😉 You see when you are away from home, you just have to make do. And i cooked a pretty mean tau-gay with beancurd too.. 😉 after 7yrs here.. i think i might just have perfected it.. 😉
