As a small business owner, we are constantly looking for a place to buy for our business. Commercial real estate, is quite different from buying a home. The reason for buying instead of leasing.. if obvious, since buying would be more like investing for us, afterall, paying for a lease is only going to benefit the landlord and not yourself. Sure if building or office need any kind of repair work, you will need to take care of it yourself. But ultimately, you have something to call your own.. and it’s definitely an asset.
