Yes..! i’m diabetic for those who don’t already know. But having diabetes is not the end of the world.. and it doesn’t mean that you have to turn down desserts either. there are healthy ways to satisfy that sweet tooth of yours. And there is no need to feel guilty every time you salivate over cakes, pies, parfaits and puddings. There is no absolute .. no-nos.. for people with diabetes.
