Last night – PB and Chloe watched Man in Tights – yes ! the older version of Robin Hood while they were having supper together in the tv room. So Chloe decided that she wants to be Mrs Robin Hood for Halloween this year – muahhahaha!! too funny!! she told us last night that we have to get her a hat with feathers on it and also some green tights and green cape today. So yes – now I have to look for a Mrs Robin Hood costume and a few infant halloween costumes for the friend’s kids. I love those cute infant costumes – they are just too cute and once again – I wished we had dressed chloe up for Halloween when she was an infant. We didn’t because we were stuck in the store working when she was younger. But Chloe loves Halloween so much – not only the collecting of treats but the giving them out too. She told us this year – we have to have a bowl of treats and that we are to direct all kids to her – when they come knocking at the store.
Baby Shower Of A Friend
A customer of our store – turned into friend is having a baby shower today – I’m kinda excited because I don’t have many friends around here. I don’t know if it is just us – too busy – or people just don’t like to mix business with pleasure. But those who eventually become friends – become good friends – and they stay really good to us. This friend is the same – they are always looking out for us and taking care of Chloe. So when I was invited – I was only too glad to go – plus – I didn’t even procrastinate and gotten around to get the presents for them a week in advance – and a good thing we did – because as usual – things got pretty crazy here – and with Chloe having in service in school – meaning no school – so it worked out. More on the baby shower later – promise with lots of pictures.
Investing A Little
PB is always looking out for ways to make more money. While I’m not into taking risk – he wants to be the one who discover the next “Microsoft” shares. Who doesn’t want to own some of Microsoft shares right? And since we don’t know much about investing – there is this Forex mentoring program that PB is looking into – to learn more about investment. According to PB there are lessons, tutorials, live training in the charts included in this mentoring program and you get a real mentor too. You get to learn about trading concepts or strategies in this program – so if you are like PB new to trading in Forex – maybe you should look into this mentoring program too? we will update on it later – once we find out more – after taking the program.
Road Accidents
We have been hearing a lot about road accidents of late – and how Texas truck accident lawyer helped some of victims get compensated for their damages. Any accidents is hard on victims – who incidentally may lose their ability to work again – or lose their property or car – so yes – a good accident lawyer is important. I, too think that money cannot compensate everything – but one most definitely need to make the responsible party accountable. It would be sad to see someone get away for hurting another – even if it was not by choice. So yes! if you have a road accident – make sure you get the right lawyers to help and nope not all lawyers are equal.
Not Romantic But ..
Nope not romantic but he washes the toilet – nope not romantic ! but he vaccums the floor – nope not romantic but he cooks me hash browns for breakfast. Nope PB isn’t romantic nor a very thoughtful fella – he wouldn’t ask you if you were hungry or if you needed food. I guess he expects me to get my own food when I am hungry or say something when I am. If I asked him if he was hungry – he grunts – i think sometimes he tries to ignore my questions – so I asked him even more in the pretense that I had forgotten that I had already asked him. But yes – he does the necessary – sometimes – without being asked too – woohoo!!!
In any kind of relationship – I don’t know if there is one that is perfect – but on the other hand what kind of relationship do you want? Someone who is romantic but not responsible? someone who is romantic but doesn’t lift a finger to help with the housework or the kids? someone who is romantic but don’t pay the bills? But who doesn’t like to be serenaded, wine and dine and have romantic getaways right? but at this point in our life – while the money is coming in and we are paying the bills – that is how it is going to be for a while. In the meantime, I can always treat myself to a thing or two. Ssshhhh.. i did! muhahahaha!!!
Halloween Party Invitations
We are starting to receive our Halloween Party Invitations already and Halloween is a month away. Some people are really organized eh ? which makes me want to get our Christmas Party Invitations going to. Knowing what a procrastinator I am – and PB being the nonchalant type – if I don’t do it on my own – he’ll probably conveniently forget about it. So yes ! I’m ordering some special invitations soon – that way – I can start planning my Christmas menu and decide what to do for Christmas supper. I know it’s early but they say time flies and before you know it Christmas will be here. Do you have the list of people you want to invite for your Christmas party yet? I don’t – so I better start cracking.
Disability Health Care
Genuine people with genuine disability should get their full health care insurance from the government – we all know that. I know of some people here – who has disability but still waiting for their disability insurance to kick in. Medicare part D plans and many other plans – that are available to these people are not found easily online nor given free information by the relevant authorities. I really wouldn’t mind paying someone to help me with all the forms and all the questions I have if I were in their position – for if you asked me – I wouldn’t know a thing. A good friend/customer at the store is on some sort of disability insurance – but I don’t feel that he is getting the most out of it – wished he had someone to help him apply when he did. If you are applying, appealing or denied by SSA – I hope you find someone to help you out too. Like I said genuine people with genuine disability should get their full health care insurance.
Park Etiquette For Adults
I really have no problems with teenagers or adults swinging on swings – swings that doesn’t say – please do not swing if you are heavier than – so many pounds. I was at the park with Chloe for 2 hours – not only did i see teenagers swinging on baby swings – I also see a parent go on those rocking hippo with their babies. Really?? are they not aware that they can break the hippo and thus other kids – cannot play with them anymore? I have also seen adults going on the swings meant for kids *slap forehead* – really!!! it is after all a public park – so shouldn’t these adults have more brains? If they break them – their kids won’t be able to swing or play on them – not only other people’s kids. Of course, I didn’t say anything – but really???
Preparing For Winter Already
Yes! we have to start preparing for winter already – even though officially – winter doesn’t start till December – but sometimes ours start as early as October. One year – when we weren’t expecting it – we had a snowstorm in late October – yes that suxs! big time! so now we are always ahead of time – and this year we are looking at getting the electric fireplace insert replacing our gas log. Why? it’s a lot cleaner that’s for sure – and also we hear it’s a lot cheaper to run the electric fireplace with the insert. I can’t wait to see how it works and see how much savings we are going to get from it – but i’ll be sure to let everyone know. Anyone out there using electric fireplace – you check it out too.
