As you can see, this crook is not a teenager.. or a young fella .. who has no brains. This was planned.. because he is not from here .. but from New Brunswick.
He owes us – $138.00 for replacement cost and $60.00 for late fees. We’ve sent him to collections.. and his photo is put on our WALL OF SHAME.
