I had asked my MIL last year.. to give me some “one tonne” noodles for Christmas. And my MIL’s reply was .. “then i better start collecting the noodles now..since you need one tonne of it” .. kekkekekkee!!
Yup.. i made the wanton myself.. with minced pork and chinese mushrooms.. to lazy to put in water chestnuts.. and prawns…. and then i made some wanton noodles.. that Gerald had brought back for me.. during his recent trip up in the city. Too bad.. i donch know how to make char siew.. and i didn’t have any greens.. 🙁 No baby bok choi yet.. since the weather is way too cold.. for my FIL to grow them yet.
Nevertheless, it was still yummy..!
