Donch know how the brat does it .. but 3rd time… we found her all wet .. and sleeping in her pee .. and had I not woken her up at 5am.. before sleeping.. she might just have slept thru’ the nite.. with her wet PJs..!
I thought that as soon as they wet themselves.. they would wake up.. but not my brat..! isn’t that strange now..?? Anyone.. had the same experience..??
For the next 6 months or so.. the weather here is gonna look like this..! the sun will be out for a few hours.. sometimes none. And the winds suxs big time. Today though. the winds came from the south.. so it wasn’t bad at all. But once the wind comes from the north.. yer’ll know it’s horrid. You know staying here in Canada.. sure made me learn a thing or two.
And you think .. Canada is a somewhat safe country. *sigh* ! where are all these perverts coming out from..??

My thoughts on this..?? shocking..! you never know.. who is out there. So if I ever bring the brat outta the store for anything.. she is going to be holding my hands.. even if it is to Tim Hortons .. which is just a few feet away from our store.
This is the reason why .. everytime.. Keegan brings the brat out to the candy store.. i tell Keegan every candy trip.. .that she has to watch the brat like a hawk. .and hold hands. Some ppl might think i’m paranoid.. and crazy… but that’s ok.. coz’ you know what..?? think what you might.. as long as my brat is safe.. nothing is more important..!
This has gotta be the worst food i’ve tasted here. The lasagne was ordered at The Colony restaurant.. and it was awful..!! it’s like they reheat the whole thing so many times.. or heat it too much.. the bits and pieces of beef in the lasagne was so dry.. even a stray dog wouldn’t eat it. The pieces of bread were supposed to be garlic bread.. but it just reeked of something.. but not garlic..! I didn’t finished my food.. and had it all “ta – pau” .. but tonite.. i still couldn’t finished it. It was way past horrid..! I asked PB .. why do i still bother to eat out.. anymore..?? it is just too depressing to eat out.
My poor brat has always been plagued by hives .. every now and then.. and we really donch know what we are giving her to cause her to get it… but it sure isn’t a pretty sight .. when she does gets it.
For mothers out there.. who are new mummies.. when you see patches.. or bumps.. coming out of your child’s body.. face or hands.. do not panic.. like i did…! Hive spreads quickly.. and the red patches.. can vary in sizes.. and it itches.. for some.. and some not.. but it is very uncomfy for the child.. because it’s swells up. For new mummies.. bring your child to the nearest doctor/clinic. But for an older kid.. like my brat.. then you can use children’s Benadryl. i find that my brat prefers the chewable.. so i get her those now. You can see immediate relieve but read instructions carefully before medicating. But if your child has hives, do not panic.
Many moons ago.. back home in Singapore.. i fixed anything from setting up a VCR to stereo.. or anything electrical on my own.. and at my mum’s home. Some of the guys that i know.. donch even know how to tune the tv channels into the VCR for recording back then. But I.. yours truly was called upon .. everytime for task like this.
Yesterday.. i was taking a shower.. and turned on my ipod.. but it didn’t wanna work.. battery dead.. i assumed.. ! so brought it out.. and had PB charged and checked it for 10mins.
Went into the bathroom.. and started the iPod.. but the volume didn’t wanna come out.. and it was horrid on the speakers.. tried as i might.. to adjust it.. for 5 mins.. it wouldn’t work. So i gave up..!! After my shower.. i showed it to PB .. who in turn showed me it was pretty easy.. hahahah!! what a gadget idiot i am..!! and back then.. i was the gadget hero..! now how did i turn from hero to idiot..?? blame it on PB.
No keegan this weekend.. meaning .. i have to be left with the brat .. all alone.. and no grocery shopping on Saturday either. Keegan is going to visit her b/f in Kentville. The things ppl do for love eh..?? Having to wake up and be on the road by 5.30am.. and then taking a 4hrs bus ride… and all. And then coming home the next day at 11pm only. I really wished .. i can show her.. that many years from now.. when she look back.. she might be wondering why she went into all this effort… for we all know.. that BGR at this age.. mmmmm… just well.. lets say.. a waste of time… but nope.. ain’t gonna tell her that.. coz’ we all have to go thru’ it.
Tell me who hasn’t right..?? so in terms of my brat.. when she is older… i too .. will have to learn how to shut up .. when the time comes. Oh well..! now i know what my mum had to go thru’.

Yes.. first Hurricane Noel.. and then the weather was somewhat clear on Monday .. and today.. ??? it rained the whole day..!! cats and dogs..!! Oh boy..!! it suxs..!! everytime i need to go out of the store.. to get a coffee.. or lunch.. or throw some garbage out.. i get wet..!
It just suxs big time.. that it gets wet earlier every year. This is the fishing season.. and with this much rain.. i really fear for the fishermen in our county. Not only that.. if the fishermen donch bring in the lobsters.. like they are supposed to.. it would mean that the businesses in town will be affected.. during the holiday season..! Sure suxs..!! big time.
A few nites before Halloween .. we had a halloween parade on Main Street. It was quite shocking because we didn’t know about it at all. And by the time we clued in .. the parade was almost over. But it was still a pathetic parade.. coz’ the street was dark.. nobody seems to know that there was a parade! not many folks on the street and for us as business owners on Main street, not informed about this.. can be real bad for our business. Coz’ road block, customers donch know.. and prolly an irate customer/s who would vowed not to come downtown no more. Organizers are sure great in this town eh..?
