Daily Updates – 24th Jan 2006

  • Chloe slept at 12.25am last nite, with a little fuss.
  • Woke up at 4.57am, had some milky and peepee changed and trying to go back to sleep on her own.
  • Went back to sleep at 5.52am, and mummy is going to bed too soon.
  • Got up at 9am with daddy and had some milky and went back to sleep at 9.10am.
  • Woke up at 10am for daddy and had breakfast with daddy.
  • Played abit with daddy and woke mummy up at noon.
  • Had a snack while waiting for mummy to finish her breakfast and then headed for the store.
  • Went home at 2.30pm for lunch and she refuses to eat her spaghetti for mummy but as soon as daddy fed her .. she ate. What a gal eh..??
  • Grammie came to babysit and she asked for milk from Grammie and refuses chocolate treats.
  • As soon as she got her milky, she said bye to me and daddy. No fuss, no nothing, just jumped onto grammie to be put down to nap.
  • Grammie fed her dinner with noodles of course and she ate good. Had some water after Grammie left.
  • Daddy bathed her and gave her some milky.
  • Had some cereal at 10pm and had more water. Fussier than usual tonite.. and refuses to go to bed or settle down even at 11.45pm.
  • Mummy ran outta the room with chloe crying. And she slept at 12am after daddy comfort her.

    Safety Knobs

    Papa BoK put some more safety knobs on the doors for our dear Chloe has mastered the art of opening doors today.

    So for safety purposes.. more knobs are now on our doors.. besides the basement door.

    Different Upbringings

    I was being brought up in a very traditional culture.. where the woman’s clothings must not be washed with the men/boys clothings. It has to be separated.. for it was a taboo .. to be washing them together.. ! Women in my family are considered to be “dirty”, yes. .even by my own mother..! How incredible is that right..???

    Of course i washed all my clothes with Papa BoK’s and Chloe .. but there are some things that i would never ask Papa BoK to do.. although he doesn’t mind doing it. Some of the things includes buying feminine stuff. Hahhaaa!! wierd eh..?? but ya.. can’t change the bad habit.. but yes.. i donch like to ask Papa BoK to do it at all. But i had no choice today.. since we had to man the store on our own.. and only Papa BoK is driving. So poor Papa BoK .. he did get the stuff i needed.. but not the same brand.. and not the one that i want.. but hey..! how to complain right..?? afterall…. he already went to buy the stuff that can be quite embarrassing for a man.. to buy . .when he is alone.. heh!!

    Had i married someone from home… i bet i would have kenna sweared upside down .. inside out .. by my spouse’s mother or sisters. Heng ah..!!

    Election Day

    It was Election Day yesterday.. unfortunately, Papa BoK and I didn’t vote.. we didn’t even know.. where we were supposed to go for voting..! Bah..!!

    Well. .donch blame me..! if Papa BoK is not into politics.. i ain’t gonna force him to do something he does not want to.

    My FIL said that there might be a re-election.. because no one had the majority group. So we’ll see..! Like Min from Bringing Up Bao Bao said.. i doubt whichever parties wins.. that it will affect us too too much either.

    Daily Updates – 23rd Jan 2006

  • Chloe slept at 1am last nite, without much fuss.
  • Woke up at 5am for her milky and daddy got up with her.
  • Had her peepee changed and went back to sleep at 5.20am.
  • Got up at 9.23am and had some milky and went in and out of a doze till about 10.20am.
  • Wanted to be carried .. as soon as she got up.. and cranked right up.
  • Had waffles for breakfast.. and some yogurt.
  • Poor daddy had to cook her rice again, fried rice, which turned out pretty good.
  • Daddy took care of her while mummy go back to rest.
  • Had lunch with daddy and pee pee changed.
  • Katelynn came at 4pm because it was snowing bad, so we didn’t bring chloe out to the store today.
  • She didn’t fuss abit .. when we left.. and that was good.
  • Had dinner and supper with Katelynn, Katelynn said chloe was good tonite, but fell backwards while playing with her tricycle.
  • Daddy bathed her and gave her some milky and tried to put her down to bed.
  • Went to bed at 12.25am.

    Bestest MIL

    I have the bestest MIL..!! Why you ask..???!!!?? Coz’ i am currently preparing to get my fibroids removed.. and my MIL asked when i planned to do it. I told her 6 months.. and she said.. “that’s a bad time for me.. because i won’t be able to come help.. with Chloe. ”

    So i have to plan to have my fibriods removed next year at about this time instead.

    See i told ya.. i have the bestest MIL..!!

    The Fog

    Saw this tonite.. and it was pretty good.. not that scary.. as we had anticipated.. but nevertheless a good movie to watch.. 🙂 Tom Welling of Smallville fame.. is the lead in this show.. and Maggie Grace from Lost fame .. who acted as Shannon is in it too. And of course. my favourite .. Selma Blair .. she looks just so lovely.
